Walid has 38 years’ experience in Auditing and Financial Consultation. He founded Geahchan & Partners in Lebanon, and he is the Managing Partner of the company and of all the sister companies in Lebanon and UAE. Walid is a specialist in Financial Reporting, Auditing, Accounting and Taxation and has trained scores of accountants and auditors throughout the years. He is a known professional in performing Due Diligences, Feasibility Studies, Valuations, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions and has prepared and implemented many missions in these jobs in the Lebanese and UAE markets. He is the personal consultant for many major investors and offered his expertise to a wide range of companies across multitudes of sectors worldwide, mainly in Lebanon, UAE, KSA, Tunis, Canada, USA, South Africa, and Hong Kong. Walid is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed from the State of New Hampshire, USA. He holds several diplomas and attestations in VAT and IFRS. He is fluent in Arabic, English and basic French. Walid is a Registered Tax Agent in UAE. Walid is the general manager and audit partner of “Abdulla Almheiri Auditing of Accounts and Tax Consultant” since 2019.

Abdulla Al Mheiri, an Emirati National, has a great experience in the fields of Audit, Accounting and Taxation. He is a member of the Accountants & Auditors Association in the UAE. Abdulla worked for the past 14 years in many governments, semi government and private companies and was responsible for providing independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of the company’s internal controls, governance and risk management to add value to the company through delivery of a risk-based audit plan conducted in conformance with the IIA’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. Abdulla holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Dubai, he is a member of the UAE Association of Auditors and Accountants and is registered with the UAE ministry of Economy as a practicing auditor. Abdulla is the owner and audit partner of “Abdulla Almheiri Auditing of Accounts and Tax Consultant” since 2019.
